We collect the information submitted by you when you make an enquiry and/or sign up to receive our newsletters. This information comprises: your name and email address for newsletter subscriptions. For other enquiries it comprises: your name, email address, phone number post code and other information that you put in the query box along with information contained in any drawings that you attach to the form submission.
For enquiries, this information may be retained for up to 3 years to help us process your enquiry. We may pass this information to third party suppliers (with whom we have data privacy agreements) for example to help us answer your enquiry and/or provide you with a quotation. Your information is held on our secure website, secure email server and secure file server. We will delete all information held about you upon your request. If you commit to a contract with us we may hold this information longer in order to maintain our warranty commitments.
If you have subscribed to our newsletter we retain your name and email address for the sole purposes of sending you regular updates. This information will never be used for any other purpose or provided to any third party apart from our trusted cloud service providers. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time and/or request that your name and email address are removed from our databases.
