Weather conditions have little effect on prefabricated structural systems with all components fabricated off-site. We work under the cover of a factory roof ensuring the highest standards of quality that assures for on-site assembly running smoothly. Timescales for the design and manufacture for a prefab self-build home are 10-12 weeks with the installation process approximately 3-4 weeks.
