Four Bedroom Self Build Timber Frame Home in Southampton, Hampshire

Self-builders in Southampton came to Vision in 2020 with plans to build their dream home and following all their hard work over a year, their wonderful new home is finished!

Vision supplied and installed the new prefabricated timber frame superstructure, which was insulated in our factory based in Beenham, West Berkshire, transported to site and installed with the help of a 40 tonne crane.

Our external panels are insulated with 105mm Actis Hybris which alongside a block and render finish achieves a U Value of 0.16.

To create open plan living spaces and large glazed elevations, structural steel is fitted within our timber structures offering a cost effective and non-intrusive solution to columns.

The finishes externally and internally that the client chose has given this new home a modern and clean look with complimentary colours and modern fixtures and fittings.
