This includes for the groundworks, external finishes including windows & doors, plumbing, electrics, bathrooms, internal joinery and flooring.
The finished house will be modern and eye catching, which suits the development as there aren’t the same restrictions self-builders would face on other plots, have a look at the finished look of their home.
