Timber frame first and second floors were added to an existing ground floor building on Dedworth Road, Windsor creating these modern apartments providing accommodation that will have excellent thermal properties ensuring extremely low heating costs.

The developer came to us looking for a super-fast and reduced waste construction due to the location of the project on a busy road through Windsor with local businesses close-by and neighbouring properties who would appreciate little disruption.

With all the timber frame structure manufactured off-site in our Beenham based factory, all elements were delivered on a hiab vehicle to the site which was lifted into place with the crane on the lorry so that no additional lifting plant was required on site.
