New Timber Frame Development in Station Road, Thatcham

Vision Development have been contracted to complete the full build of 6 new homes, comprising of 3 terraced houses and 3 maisonettes, in a development on Station Road, Thatcham.

The groundworks are almost complete ready for the installation of our timber frame panel’s week commencing 16^th April 2018.

The site required some demolition and piled foundations all commencing at the beginning of this year, so with battles against the weather, we are finally ready to start the timber frame with hope of good weather over the coming weeks leading us into May.

The building will create an ‘L’ shape and will be installed in phases with the first houses (1-3) installed and then houses 4-6 afterwards which will have the garages underneath them.

As the build progresses over the coming weeks of April 2018, we will update our website and social media with photos as well as time-lapse footage showing the construction of the timber frame structures.
