You may be looking to convert your bungalow into a 2 storey building, which we have experience with and have carried out a number of successful projects, including the project shown in the pictures on the right, or you may just be looking to extend the ground floor to your home – Depending on your local area, current value of your property and style of your new extension, it could increase the value of your property, but it would always be wise to speak with a local estate agent prior to commencing works.

Not only has there been another storey added to the property but also a beautiful rear extension which really opens out the property to completely transform it to a modern and contemporary new home.

It is always best to establish your budget early on so that you know what you have to work with and can reference to once you contract the different trades. We would provide you with advice and timescales of when we expect to be starting manufacture, the length of time that is required for manufacturing and a date of when we can be on site and how long for. Using Timber Frame will assist with your scheduling because of the accuracy of timescales.
